Rudolfo Sinambela was appointed as President Director of Pertamina International Timor, S.A. based on the Shareholders' Circular Resolution of Pertamina International Timor, S.A. in accordance with Article 18 paragraph (2) of the Company's Articles of Association regarding the Appointment and Dismissal of the Board of Directors.
He holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Universitas Padjadjaran (UNPAD), Bandung. Throughout his professional career within the Pertamina Group, he has held various strategic positions in legal affairs, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and litigation at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, PT Pertamina Retail, and Pertamina International Timor, S.A. (PITSA). Prior to his appointment as President Director in November 2025, he served as Corporate Secretary and Reprezentante Legál of PITSA from 2020 to 2025, playing a significant role in strengthening the Company's legal and governance framework. He currently leads the Company in driving sustainable growth, strengthening corporate governance, and supporting the long-term development of Pertamina International Timor, S.A.
Aris Lesmana was appointed as Marketing Director of Pertamina International Timor, S.A. based on the Shareholders' Circular Resolution of Pertamina International Timor, S.A. in accordance with Article 18 paragraph (2) of the Company's Articles of Association regarding the Appointment and Dismissal of the Board of Directors.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universitas Jenderal Soedirman (UNSOED), Purwokerto. He has more than a decade of professional experience within the Pertamina Group, with expertise in financial management, business operations, budgeting systems, and digital transformation. Prior to his appointment as Marketing Director, he served as Vice President Finance & General Affairs of Pertamina International Timor, S.A., overseeing finance, human capital, and general affairs functions. He currently leads the Company's marketing strategy and business development initiatives to support sustainable growth and strengthen the Company's market position.
Popa Damos Hutasoit was appointed as Operations Director of Pertamina International Timor, S.A. based on the Shareholders' Circular Resolution of Pertamina International Timor, S.A. in accordance with Article 18 paragraph (2) of the Company's Articles of Association regarding the Appointment and Dismissal of the Board of Directors.
Popa Damos Hutasoit holds a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management from Universitas Padjadjaran (UNPAD). He has extensive professional experience in the downstream energy and fuel retail industry, having held various positions in risk management, business development, special channels, outlet development, and operational leadership within the Pertamina Group. His professional background has equipped him with strong expertise in operational management, business development, and stakeholder engagement. Prior to his appointment as Operations Director, he served as SPPI Manager at PT Pertamina Retail, where he was responsible for operational performance management and stakeholder relations. He currently leads the Company's operational functions to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations while supporting sustainable business growth.

Muhammad Randy Effendi began his professional career as a Legal Staff member at PT Surya Citra Mahkota Mandiri. He subsequently served as Marketing Director of PT Jaya Halal Nusantara.
He currently serves as the Marketing Director of PT Boga Halal Nusantara. He brings extensive professional experience in legal affairs, marketing, and business development.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Universitas Lambung Mangkurat, Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, and a Master’s degree from Universitas Bung Karno, Central Jakarta.
João Feliciano da Costa Campos began his professional career in 1999 as a Supervisor for the emergency road rehabilitation project connecting Baucau and Viqueque at Timor-Leste Construction Company.
He subsequently served as Technical Staff at Trans-Hose, Technical Staff at Phonix Fuel Company, Senior Fiscal at Formosura Unip. Lda, Field Manager at Fitun Manilima Farm Company, and General Manager at Murak Nabilan Lda.
He has extensive professional experience in operations, engineering, project management, and business administration.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Widya Gama University, Malang, Indonesia, obtained in 2011. Previously, he earned a Diploma III in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Nacional Timor Lorosa’e in 2006.
Marcio Adolfo R. Belo began his professional career in the government sector and served as Special Staff for Youth Affairs to the Prime Minister of Timor-Leste from 2022 to 2024. In this role, he was involved in policy support, youth empowerment initiatives, and cross-sector coordination to advance national youth development priorities.
He subsequently served as Deputy President Director of Carriel Fuel, LDA.
He has extensive professional experience in strategic management, business operations, corporate governance, and stakeholder engagement within the energy sector.
He holds a Bachelor of Finance degree from Dili Institute of Technology, Dili.
